The BEites had gathered to be the part of the induction programme of collective VIGNETTE. The students were firstly introduced with what the name VIGNETTE stands for V- visions, I- idea, G- grandeur, N-nature E-excellence, T-talent, T-teaching and E-education. The Dean of Students Affairs, Professor Dilip Shah introduced the students with what all they have to achieve in the progress of being the member of the collective. He propelled within the students a flow of energy and enthusiasm that encouraged them to achieve higher and become successful. The students were then shown a Power Point presentation by the student coordinator Sourav Kumbhu who introduced the club to the students and also showed them the various events under the collective like Painting, Rangoli, Quilling, Box card making, Lamasa, Photo framing, Nail Art, Face Painting, Cartooning, Sculpture making, Hand Shadow, Art and many more. The student head Nazre Irshad introduced the students to the different ways of carrying out the above creative work with perfection. The teacher coordinator of the Collective, Dr. Somsankar Ray asked the students about their areas of interest, to make the activities under the collective more involving and interesting. The student volunteer Saloni Mehata informed the students about the forthcoming workshop and competition for the Independence Day celebration in the college premises.
Professor Dilip Shah at the ending of the session added another feather to the team VIGNETTE that was the Fashion course, which had an overwhelming response from all the students present there. The members of the Collective are enthusiastic about the upcoming programmes scheduled this year.
