On the 22nd of December 2021, The Bhawanipur Education Society College organised a thrilling Spell Bee competition at Society Hall, College Campus.
The event, which began at 11am, lasted for two exciting hours, and drew a diverse crowd from all semesters and courses. Prof. Dilip Shah gave a welcoming and enthusiastic speech to the participants. Followed by the event moderator, Prof. Urvi Shukla, took the floor and delivered the instructions and rules to the students, who were then divided into teams of two.
The competition was segmented into five rounds: spelling dictation, picto-o-word, paper pen rounds, general knowledge Q&A, and so on. Each team’s score sheets were monitored by the volunteers.
The students actively participated and cleared all the rounds in due time. Finally the event came to an end with Prof. Urvi Shukla presenting the winners of the day with prizes:
First position: Bhavna Jagnani and Sanjana Jaiswal
Second position: Sanghamitra Banerjee and Mansi Shaw
