Before coming to Form fill-up venue, student need to visit Calcutta University Online Form fill-up website and fill-up their details as mention in the process given in the link below.

Original Semester II Mark sheet OR Original Semester II Admit Card.
Original Paid Challan of Semester III.
1 recent Stamp Size Colour Photograph. (We will take only if required)
Valid ID Card issued by College.
