B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc./ BBA Semester I students (admitted in academic year 2023-24) are hereby informed that their College ID Card Distribution & Orientation Programme will be held as per the schedule given below:
Distribution of College ID Card: From Monday, 31st July 2023 to Friday, 04th August 2023 from Valia Hall (Ground Floor, College campus, 5 Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani, Kolkata 700020).
Orientation Programme: From Tuesday, 01th August 2023 to Saturday, 05th August 2023.
Your exact Date & Time schedule for the above two events are available in the link given below.
Important Instructions:
1. It is mandatory to strictly follow the date & time slot for both collection of College ID Card & Orientation Programme (mentioned in the below link) allotted to you as NO request regarding the same shall be entertained after completion of the allotted schedule.
2. It is mandatory to be in proper attire as your photograph will be captured for the College ID card and the same shall be issued to you on the spot.
3. It is mandatory to show the schedule allotment screen at the entrance gate of the event venue. It is recommended that you take a screenshot of the schedule screen. (Screenshot must include Name, UID, Course & time schedule)
4. Students are required to attend The Orientation Programme as per the schedule given in the below link.
Upon clicking on the above mentioned link, provide your 10-digit college UID & click on Submit button to check your schedule.
Students who have received their College UID, Roll No, Section & other details by 26/07/2023 will only get their schedule for College ID Card & Orientation from the above mentioned link. Student’s, whose documents are approved on or after 27/07/2023 shall be informed about their College ID Card & Orientation in due course of time.
