Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which one can use to change the world”. The best persons to use this weapon wisely enough are the students and in this regard Bhawanipur Education Society College organised an interactive session on Education Abroad on 25th July, 2019. The Boundaries having fallen, the Foreign Education Centres have beckoned the Indian students with umpteen number of lucrative academic programmes like never before and this programme is a step over to take the plunge.
Professor Dilip Shah, the Dean of Student Affairs, Bhawanipur Education Society College addressing those 35 students from divergent streams like B.COM, B.SC, B.A. present in the Knowledge Resource Centre (Library) spoke about the changing paradigms of education and how they can grab opportunities to pursue education abroad. Dr Meera Seshadri, Director of Indage Global Group, Inc was the main speaker of this interactive session and she explained every nooks and corners of studying in foreign campuses and how they can plan their academic journey to the next level in a Foreign University. Dr Seshadri also ensured the students of mentorship that would be provided by Indage Global Group, Inc.
“At Indage, our singular focus is to provide the right opportunity for aspiring students to achieve their dream of studying abroad”, quoted Dr Seshadri. It’s not about taking the leap, it’s about making every possible opportunity for the students how to take the leap. She also spoke at length about the prospects and various courses available in U.S & Canada and the group would assist the students to go about with the admission procedures. The lucrative job opportunities following the completion of the course, the socio-cultural growth in an alien land and the glitz and glamour associated with it studying abroad are the key points of this session.
During the question answer session the students were also assured of scholarship programmes, entrance exams and prospective resources after graduation. The session ended with a commitment of excellence that these programmes have been trying to ingrain in the students.
